Your account and data

For an account we store your email, name, date of birth, language and chosen phases, haircuts, time zone and notification preferences. Your birth date determines your sign. Reports are sent to the administrator, including as a guest, without drafts or a sender history. Supabase manages passwords and Google sign-in.

Without an account, preferences and alternative song selections are stored in this browser. You can clear them in its settings. EntreFases does not request GPS or access to your contacts.

Tarot and birth sky

With an account, we keep your spread history and original readings in Supabase, removed when you delete the account. Three-card spreads require sign-in. As a guest, only the daily card stays on this device. If you complete your birth sky, the birth time, place, coordinates and timezone are stored with your preferences. Calculations run on your device.

When searching for an address or town, our server sends only the search text to Photon/OpenStreetMap, without your birth date or time. The map requests map data from OpenFreeMap, which receives your IP address and viewed map area. The selected point’s time zone is calculated on our server without sending that point to the search provider. The birth Moon card hides your birth date unless you choose to include it. Sharing an image or calendar opens the service you choose.

Emails and notifications

Resend processes email and delivery data. Firebase Cloud Messaging and browser push services deliver notifications to devices you authorize. Disable channels in Preferences or unsubscribe using the link in each email. We do not track opens or clicks in our emails.

External content

The player connects to YouTube, which receives technical connection data such as IP addresses. Our server requests horoscopes from AstroWay using only the sign, language and reading date, without names, birth dates or email addresses. Each provider has its own privacy policy. Contributions take place in your wallet or the linked service; EntreFases does not process payments.

Retention and deletion

Account data is retained until you request deletion. Deleting an account removes its profile, suggestions, push devices, tarot draws and notification jobs from our active database. Guest reports are not linked to an account and are kept for administrative review. Provider logs and backups follow their retention periods. A protected email fingerprint is retained following a bounce or spam complaint to prevent future sends; technical delivery receipts are kept for up to 90 days.
